iirc the guild heraldic will get saved once you apply the changes, but the emblem will not be displayed until your guild reaches rank 20. the first confirmation of your guild heraldic should be free, the first change 10 gold and the second and any further change 100 gold.

first of all, thanks again for another amusing event. a 'drinking' one short before christmas, well, that sounds like a good preperation for the next days..! yesterday i've tried to do most of the event quests on a tier1 alt and got to the quest step where you should kill the 3 giants in orvr 'we'z...

yesterday it dropped from one of the event giants (hero) in the orvr elven zone. but im pretty sure any other event giant could drop it too.
