IMO there should be a better reward for losing side if it fight back like it should, order already gets extra renown killing lord, so give destro more reward for defending, right now order is getting alot more equiped and the gape between both factions is getting larger

the old system that gave conqueror for players rr low was great for me, people was encouraged to play more the char and level on pve once hit rr45 to use the conqueror, and make difference on the rvr lake, right now its really frustrating to get a gold bag on rvr when your rr38-40 and a useless item...

According this part was concerning only T2/3/4 tiers for your race only (IE, after lvl 16), this wouldn't be a soultion in your case.
