Re: [Engi] Build: Kegsniper - Mk III ‘Thorbold Pattern’ 04.06.2018

Just to add I do use hollow points now, but also coord fire. Tactics I run are Masterful Aim, Coordinated Fire, Fightin’ Chance, Hollow Points. This means I don’t use instant cast or any cast modifying tactics, this is almost the whole time I’m doing SCs and keep defense. for rvr and keep offense I ...

Re: WS vs BS – What to take on your Engi! Empirical Data.

The best killer riflemen I’ve spoken to on this server have 700+ ws. I have 700, and I’ve got full tank spec doks detaunting me instead of a bw. Fought and killed plenty of premades solo alongside order premades as well (a daily recurrence tbh). Admittedly it’s not enough, but it sure helps a **** t...

Re: What’s the point?

I love engiz My primary motivation is to be the best at my class, and to do that I need all the best gear and ****. Keeping in touch with other fellow engi and dawi, discussing our classes in great detail. Always reading up on the forums, looking through every piece of equipment that I’m able to use...

Re: WS vs BS – What to take on your Engi! Empirical Data.

For grenade and tink, max bs + defensive abilities For rifleman, I have 1080 BS, and 620 WS, 28% crit, with phosphorous shells for the 10% armor debuff and the extra points increase rifleman damage. All tactics are towards pure ST burst including hollow points which has a tooltip of 880 damage. And ...

Re: [All] Positional Disrupt Strikethrough [Close Date TBD]

Flavorburst makes a good point with how he says that the zealot is specifically specced for this, which is fair enough, he would get stomped by any melee, that’s the sacrifice he’s willing to make and that’s fair. I play magus and I rarely ever get a kill on healers from the get go, never will eithe...

Re: [All] Positional Disrupt Strikethrough [Close Date TBD]

Only thing I see in the video is you killing that zealot pretty easily. Rather it shows why the disrupt changes happened in the first place, or you’d get two shot by all the big hitting magic damage dealers. That zealot wouldn’t have been able to walk 3 ft if he wasn’t disrupting as much as he is. ...

Re: Patch Notes 9/6/2018

Wait, you want to keep the stacks that are only okay because of the drawbacks, without actually having the drawbacks? Magus is an excellent sniper and soloer, it really is no joke for 1v1s, I really don't get the issues here. Even when starting from zero stacks you should have no problems against a...
