OP is 100% right, I ran into this same RP Monday in a T1 SC. He was lvl 3. He was alone with none of his team close by and I was on my 11 Mara, and there was also a WE, Chosen and BG attacking him. HP never dropped below 90%. Guy should have dropped in 4 seconds. Dude just /lol at us and we moved on...
