Okay, reduce rampage to -50% chance to be defended , but give similar ability to another Order DPS class ; this way Order will have "equal" counters to the +50% parry and +50% block of chosen and BO buffs. Rampage is actually the only counter to the average 90% parry or block destro tanks...
