Pile on whatever you can as soon as you can get it. No need to be picky. Usually Green gear is better than Purple gear three levels lower than it. There's probably a few exceptions out there with broken OP stats that still need to be fixed. If people would kindly report them...

When is the clear distinction that the WE is OP compared to the WH going to be addressed? Every change I've seen to the WE since live has made it even more imbalanced compared to it's mirror class. I don't even care about the WH, because I don't bother playing a class known to be so under equipped....

I'm personally not a fan of the wildly modular combat mechanics they have created. It's an insane level of technical detail allowing them to do incredible things, but if they're not very particular about giving each class a unique feel it could quickly go the same route as every other bland and soul...

Tried deleting both characters. Looks like there's a second bugged one that I can't modify. Might need to wait for a boot to clear it up, try logging in anyway.

My suggestion was to move group heal to R16, as it's terribly useful in RvR as well and you're kind of a gimp mid-tier healer without it.

As long as you're using it as a fan, and not to make money, it's usually not a problem.
