it's not dress. it's advanced armor type. scales are inside of coat. these are good at fast moving and absolving dmg from projectiles like modern bulletproof vest. you don't understand high technology of war gears. it's like watching airplane and saying ugly big bird. primitives :D so wear it proudly.

SnB, 2h dosen't matter much until 40.
at 40 u get wall of darting steel for 2h.
