FTR some classes can self punt so it could theoretically have been intentional, but RDPS and ranged punts also exist so not really much of an exploit IMO.

If you are fighting people your level you should be doing fine. If you are fighting BiS people you will be getting destroyed just like every other class in the game. The escape tools need a nerf big time. A SH can use sticky feet to get out of a situation, snare everybody and then have two 10s sprints to get away.
