agree, but for guard-dmg works the full parry or not? is that parry in the stat window the true parry % for this?

If I look up my stats with .getstats it says I got less parry with my BO than my character window says. Question: Does Weaponskill still give you parry? Does Willpower still give you disrupt? Does Initiative give you dodge? If yes: full stats or like Toughness just half? If no: why not?

hoi, after this first fort i would suggest that only rank 40 Player can join the Fort. This gear ist the "endgame"-gear so no need for lowbie. In this first Fort are trying Rank 12 ppl to go in the Fort.... thanks for reading :) pls no shitpost here we all know that the Fort was bugged -.-
