Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable
Yes, I agree one change at a time is most likely the way it will (and should) happen. However, sometimes when you suggest a change; it only works with a few other changes. Also when you list all the ideas at once, you reduce some of the counter-arguments of things like "why would I want castiga...

I will gladly write unbiased, fact-based class overview and path descriptions for each class for you Turino. Just tell me roughly how long you want each to be.

Re: Return of the tank
Main change for tanking classes you will notice. KotBs and Chosen no longer have to twist their auras. Now you can just have three of them active at any one time. On order, we would love for you to be any kind of tank you find most enjoyable. We lack melee combatants at the higher levels. KotBS is s...

Re: [Warrior Priest] Making Wrath viable
This is taken from an excerpt of several changes across all healing classes I have been working on. I will only be showing Path of Wrath changes in this thread. Also understand that most class changes are not possible as far as we have been told at this precise moment. These kinds of discussions are...

Re: Typical order afternoon
Honestly, I queue with anywhere from 0-4 of my friends often. The average is about 2 or 3 of us in a group. We always try to fill our group with the remaining PuGs. We even have macros to say something like join our party for sick buffs and heals in scenario chat. (sadly doesn't work often enough) Y...

Re: Typical order afternoon
It's a shame given the amount of groupwide buffs that almost every class has. If you aren't in a 6person group you lose a significant amount of AP efficiency.

Re: Five reasons why empty BOs giving rewards is better for
We can remove the door from the equation entirely. Remove the recapture and lock timers on BFOs. Enemy keep cannot be assaulted until your faction owns all four BFOs for 15 minutes. Every time you lose a BFO this timer resets. (or regains a few minutes?). After the 15 minute timer, all BFOs lock and...

Re: Five reasons why empty BOs giving rewards is better for
This is what I'd like to call the pioneer problem. You need an incentive to get into the lakes to fight. The problem with giving BO rewards is that this doesn't incentivize people to fight, it incentivizes them to farm BOs for free stuff. This is not something we would like to see. The challenge se...

Currency from BFOs for Siege Equipment
Instead of buying siege equipment with gold, have them be bought with a unique currency that is given whenever you take a BFO. This would give some reward for taking a BFO that does nothing except to further help take a keep. It would remove any gold requirement ideas from people's heads for taking ...

Re: Scenario Pairing Imbalance
Some bad confirmation bias and clustering illusions in this thread. Data is the only thing that will be able to sway the developers. Not well this happened to me last night, but I didn't document anything. You have to think constantly hard-forcing the scenario manager to make teams perfectly even wi...
