I have an ability that i use only to interrupt spell casting. If i could have one more with no damage and only interruption effect - i wouldn't complained about it.

No sir, it appears that it was added as part of the 1.3 patch sometime in the summer of 2009. If you can find some proof that it was in the game from day 1 i would love to see it.
