I highly disagree with your proposition. If anything, less stuff should be stance locked and stances themselves should provide more bonuses [like assault does] so swapping between them would give more benefits rather just unlocking stuff for cast, as you already can "bypass" it with NB......

the match making actually sucks! played 20 SC today and 90% we wre outnumbered by min 3-5 players..... btw ran in premade all 70+ still got still smashed 100% did not win a single one lol Outnumbering happens because not of matchmaking, but because ppl refuse to accept pop. Shaman is actualy more WB efficient due to BO CDR > SM CDR and extra CDR from Choppa.

Golden rule: don't engage at spots where you can be easily overwhelmed by passing people without a way to disengage. You can't trust "allies" to help you, but you can trust enemies to at least give a try to kill you. It's same for both sides.
