I'm wondering that Merciless Soldier tactic works ?
In game, at career trainer it says that only the Ap thing,
But does this %50 crit damage boosts work ?

Yes your right. It's from live server.
But it's viable here too, after rr 60.
We all have lesser gear, lesser rr, lesser defence.

If you dont have 4 dominator gear, and 50 RR, play heal mode.
You need more magic power for self heal and protect yourself.
But yes, its viable.

When your Efficient Runecarving tactic slottet, you get 1,5 x of your damage dealt to heal. (active Rune of Breaking)
And the other direct damage abilities like Rune of fire or Striking, you get 0,5 x damage to heal.
