DPS DoK was hard to play effectively in end-game, and only a handful ever actually did. Yep they melted under focus fire as they really need to go all in str/crit. There was never a better lower tier balance than past 1.4 as every player can decide where to play, because of overlapping brackets and enough time to gain renown to make rr-differences a non-issue. I have no problem, playing mainly in Gale + vendor. So no problem with order 15 gear

You have absolutely no clue what rank 40 (Edit 26) chars can do in T4 (Edit T3). Fixed it for you! All your points are valid for r40 rr80 chars as well, as it is only a matter of time to become max rank. Basically no gear advantage with the removal of lotd items below rank 40 and minimal RR advantage with XP-off. Funny when r26 chars have more armor than r39 chars. So what you are complaining about?
