1. This is what you call "looks good on paper". You cannot guarantee 100% back hits, you cannot guarantee to get through 100% defenses, you cannot guarantee that the debuff will never get pulled off. You cannot guarantee 100% uptime. 2. No one said WP heal debuff doesn't do damage or that...

Not requiring a target is silly. Not building executions with it is silly. Potentially increase the targets hit to 4 and leave all else as it is. In city WH have a purpose now. Rez block. Currently a we/wh are the only mdps without a spammable aoe which doesn't requires a target in a 5 ft range, so if they join wb they are mostly limited to spamming Throwing Dagger/Snap Shot for 20 dmg a pop. Main problem with we/wh- the game is about zerg, while we/wh is about small scale. Our Throwing Dagger snares just fine. And if needed, can use Feinted Positioning to insure it snares no matter the position.
