Last time you did this infiltration event, mounting and stealthing was disabled, but those that had banners had a huge advantage cause they could just run past guards.
You seem to have forgotten to do that, and now people are just runnin thru and stealthin their way thru this event with ease.

It's always camped at the beginning of the event. People will get bored after a few days Last time I did this was like the 2nd to last day of the event during late night NA when a fort was going on. Literally blitzed my way thru while PvP flagged and never got hassled once.

yea it is a huge nerf by 70%+ and its duration is cut in half, only thing it dosent exhaust u rage but thats minor compared to how it was, completly a over-nerf wihtout giving Slayer any dps compensation makes it a fairly weak class atm. Heavy Blow was always extremely strong. For reference DoTs with a 3s tick interval often have a scaling of 0.9 * Damage Bonus (DB). Translating that to a 1s interval like the DoT of Heavy Blow would be 0.3 * DB. Heavy Blow DoT had a scaling of 1.5 * DB. That is 5 times standard scaling. Lets take a...
