Nobody cares lowlvl drop and fantom chanses to get blue 17-19 gear.
Everybody happy to play naked in zerg. Gold is useless now because no gear to sell. May be thats real reason of last changes with drop? no gear - no gold - no duping and gold exploits?

Under perfect conditions the droprate is 6x higher afaik. And maybe you killed too many lowies if you only got low gear. :) You check enemy lvl into rvr zone before hit em? dont think so. Some items was duped when it drops. Not often but it was (may be it continues). Im reported for it about week ago. But 4 woe magus chest at AH what appears almost at same time makes me think what someone know how to do dupe items by the other way.
