Why is there an assumption that Pounce has to land the WL on a moving target or that the target should be snared so that its easy for the WL to catch them? Charge can be used to close a short gap. Yes, SH has a lot of issues right now (they desperately need some love) and recent changes in mag/eng mechanic will significantly change his place in the food chain but it's not part of this topic.
