The only thing i agree with is removing the surrender vote as that is just terrible. The vote is needed since no one wants to waste their time on a scenario where you get stomped. He means the two block tactics you have high lighted which means the build use those tactics.

Why is genesis still a separate currency? Just have them cost war crests.
