Which ones? SWs get theirs at 21. Choppas, WEs, WHs, SHs and Slayers get theirs at 25. DoKs, Maras, Zealots and RPs at 27. Level 21 will be nice, the current meta in T2 is pretty stale w/ only 3? classes having either weak or outgoing only heal debuffs. I know there is a few classes that get good heal debuffs at for their 5 point mastery ability.

If there is any intentional duping it is definitely happening on destro side, there is some people w/ an incredible amount of gear/money that some people have over there compared to order.

The server isn't perfect and unintentional dupes can most likely happen, luckily these can't be abused.

Outside of guild / friends group I tend to need on everything as even though you can't use it, it represents gold which you can use to buy something. The KotBS shield of woe on order is worth ~80 gold, you got lucky.
