New player here, so I don't understand everything clearly, but would it be possible to do separate T2 T3 Scenarios tiers and then leave oRvR merged T2-T4? That would give players the chance to practice in T2 and T3 Scenarios against players with equivalent skill sets and gear, but keep oRvR popping...

Hi, I suggest that Malus is only applied to rank 40s and anyone in a warband. Ranking up a melee dps on destro side atm and for the past week I haven't seen any zone where there are order players in the zone (plenty of completely desolete zones) without Malus affecting destro side. So, playing small...
