you miss da point, kissess and witchbrew is nerfed and have icd, lot of procs have icd, so what special about riposte?

all my gold bags in rvr i got from solo kills, most of them from losing zone. so if you see aao and huge zerg from opposite side - there your chance to get bags without zerging. WL / AM pretty good for solo on this server, forget about WH. WH/WE doesn't do damage like on live.

weapons dps increasing damage for both AA and abilities if you are not a caster.
For casters only damage bonus is matter.

do epic quests / buy purple lvl39 weapons from AH / farm keeps for bags if you are magical rdps, buy green weapon from vendor, this one which had about 100 int with talisman. magical rdps doesn't need weapon dps unless you going to slap tanks with autoattacks. wait, there is no auto attack for cast...
