Try KV just outside Cap 22 of Greenskins, there're many basilisk for 200 armor scales and i get liniments there.

Why? You killl somone that typically is a free kill? Risk ... reward??? Not true, Bolster can be OP with right gear / talis and played by the right hands. I've find some low levels much more difficult to kill than many 40's with full conqueror. They're mini-machines with much to win and nothing to ...
