Return of Reckoning

Would really like to know what is meant by "- Scenario balancing should now be better"
I am a fairly detail oriented person, and was wondering how balancing for Scenarios works.

Ran it as admin and worked, windows is odd. It didn't give full permissions even when I launch it and it asks me and I respond yes. Yet if I right click and run as admin it allows full permissions. LAME. Thank you for heads up. New launcher does work. WOOT!

So the latest launcher is now 1.0.0.1 I think I had tried using this launcher earlier when it was first made available and it did not work. I am giving it a go now.
