Yes i've done this pq a couple of times and sometimes i didn't get the roll even without die a single time, it's like you are wasting hours of your time to get nothing. Time/reward is really bad, better doing something else imo.

As melee dps on order side I usually lose city (never won one), sometimes I have to afk because there's no point to play but I still get the bags, even staying afk.
