its realy hard as ranged dps try to assist your melee dps killing same slayer in the middle of dwarf blob:)

+3h doing rvr(aao whole nite) and scenarios, didnt get any medal, even if they dropped the chance to get it as healer is really low, 1/10 whereas the dps gets almost all of em.
