What is duration of a GCD?

IIRC it was changed, but I dont remember to what value and I cant find the relevant patch notes.

In particular, I'm trying to remove target titles and target guild of UI. But every-time I untick the relevant boxes and apply/restart the game, they return again. There are a few other things that behave the same way.

In my experience, guilds that are completely open to each other are the best. Nothing worse than when someone plays poorly and you can't properly critique because he gets mad. Its even worse when that attitude runs rampant guild-wide. The end result is **** mediocrity.

how is this going? what classes are needed?
