You could check RAM usage of the WAR process. Both executables are LAA patched, but since its still 32bit, iirc only 3GB can be used (Without LAA it would be 2GB)... so in theory if you have loads of addons and stuff, maybe it goes over that 32bit adress space limit and crashes?.. could be ofc somet...

There is no 64bit. The animations problems is the uncapped framerate. both executables are 32bit .its just stupidly named on Launcher. one has fps cap to 100, which makes animations work correctly and otherone not. About the MXAO flickering. try older version. I had flickering with 4.x version also....

TIP for next time, you can backup your user and interface folders to save the trouble of setting up all the addons again next time.

I've run DXSETUP.exe, white listed the folder, set everything to read-only. I'm following all the steps but I keep getting 175173 files to download. System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException is a .NET error.

Things to fix this:

-Make sure your windows updates are all done and nothing is pending. reboot after.
-Check from your windows services if your net services are not disabled. enable them.
-Reinstall .NET framework
