Wasnt the initial Mara PSM buff because they changed/nerfed/moved the Morale Drain and Stop? And now the PSM buff is reverted back but the Morale changes are still the same? Feels kinda strange.

Yep something broke. I had 1 FPS during the whole City... crashed during Army Recall for Stage 3. Even after loading back in I had maybe 10 FPS during Stage 3. Ported to IC after the City and almost crashed again... did a /rel and got back to 10 FPS. I deleted my cache and loaded back to IC... still...

It doesnt even procc from Autoattacks.... just from ST Abilities. It also gets overwritten by BG Crimson Death 10% Crit Debuff.

Your gear loadout seems fine. 7Invader + 3 Beastlord + 2 Genesis is pretty much the "old" standard. Talismans seem fine too, you should need 3-4 Str Talismans to stay softcaped with a Pot, the other Talismans should be Weaponskill. The only thing I would change is your RR Setup... unless y...
