Moreover if current players leave mid tier due to scroll change it will be more dead thant currently is what is hard to imagine

Scrolls was mostly used to stay at bolster and farm rr till 55 atleast in rvr zones not to stay at 35-39. Veterans over 32 very often had enough rr and push to 40.

Without scrolls fresh 40 will be totally useles with gear around anni/conqueror.

It will hardly reduce number of alts

i saw in city yesterday that full inv slayer did almost twice dmg as sov geared one. Probably build and skill issue too
