/who doesn't quite work, try asking for people in advice.

Look at the pug wbs, a high percent of the players aren't guilded....why is that? More people need to join guilds, and guilds need to get more players and group up more and take to the lakes .
Also access to alliances would be helpful for smaller guilds to group up and create something.
