Most of the time 2 armor pieces drop, and each boss would drop a different piece. You would get whatever you needed from ~4 runs of a dungeon if you were able to get through the whole thing. Never played live, can you explain that? Lockout as in only one side can do it? Can't clean a dungeon / get loot for X days after you do it. Same than raid lockout in WoW if you ever played it. Wait if you can only do it like once every day? It is going to take months to get the set with duplicates...
