Afaik, Witchbrew isn't working the same as on live here, as nobody knows if it was based on GCD or its own form of CD ect. So its just a guess. You can not look at WH/WE balance from a 1v1 or gank perspective. It has to be group based. I can not say it enough that once t4 comes out these classes will be significantly better than in t3. Have to look past the current level and see the tools to come from lvl 40.
