On the live, there were some kind of cooldown to prevent crossrealm (like couple of hours) let's just set it on ROR. The primary difference between this and live is that live had a credit card behind it so the cooldown worked a bit better b/c if you wanted the switch you had to break out some cash....

FWIW, at a minimum I'd like names to carry over. I don't care if RR and gear carries but it would be nice if at least one Rank 40 toon carried over as well. But, you known, do what ya gotta do.
