This is surprising:
DoK doesn't do more damage than WP.
Sorc DOES do more damage than BW.
Zealot and RP are equal.
Swordmaster needs a buff (ok, that's not surprising, but less dmg than a WP?)

Etc.

So, what am I looking at here exactly? Am I reading it wrong?

Please stop this mirror this and that. Mirroring things dumbs down the game and makes it less interesting as a whole. Looking at a single ability it may feel unbalanced but as whole WPs are probably the best healer in game. Better dumbed down and working than un-usable. Also, WP can't outheal big s...

Just mirror DoK's and WP's prayers/covenants and be done with it. WP's prayers were pretty much useless anyway and much weaker than the covenants.

We called the pbaoe spammers "Bombergruppe" ("Bomb Squad") and while they were insane in pugs (basically unbeatable), you could actually beat them quite easily with melee trains if you had high RR. I didn't believe that at first until I became the healer of one such a melee train...
