Given what classes enter an Order SC in a PUG SC, if the average Engineer, Shadow Warrior, off-brand Zarbix, or off-brand Rioz could deal out comparable damage to literally any other DPS class on Order including all 3 of the tanks, these numbers would be skewed favorably for Order.
