Bane shield applies also only within 30 feet which accually is max 15feet from teammate. So You have to position yourself and use it accordingly. Its not fire and forget skill from accros the map.
And if it Has internal cooldown of 1s just need to be checked does it work properly.

Well as someone stated, for me putting the Invader Crests in city roll bags will solve a lot. Renown progression is really quick. With zone lock rewards i can advance from 56 to 57 in 3 hours of gameplay without any bonuses. I will have to park my main at 60 and watch for the fort / city instances. ...

I think that seperating the T2-T3 wont happen as devs stated but adding the bonus from lower tiers is a good idea. For now there isnt any motivation to lock the T2-T3 zone except to keep campaign moving on. Imagine locked tier 2 gives +2% and locked tier 3 gives +3% of ren/inf/xp for the realm holdi...

You gain mastery points at ranks 11, 13, 15, 17, 19, 21, 22, 23...40. In order to spent them You need to visit trainer, either on city or Tier1 WC.
