But what it you made a group instead of solo queueing? Then it wouldn't matter who is in the lakes. another point of view, skip treachery tree and go for suffering tree, first get the tactic 'kiss of doom' it provide a decent self heal with the bolster, after heal debuff and finally witchbrew. the elixir is powerful take it until you have enough point to take other abilities. main damage, envenome...
