SnB dok/WP best healers in PvE right now.
Other than that i see no use really.

But melee have armor penetration from WS and gear/tactics. Magic casters dont have resist penetration.

Do Gunbad, can do that with anni. Then its just rvr and SC for healing weapons.
Jump on CH22 if you see in LFG channel, its 24 people to do that so hard to find group.

Get 0% to be crit, not less or more. Full block and parry in renown after you hit 0% to be crit, then just trow rest of the points in wounds. I know in BE/BB highest hitting boss had 30% armor pen. So max you can mitigate from armor is 75%. so you want to be at 75% after boss armor pen, so 75%+ boss...

FrF spam with daemonic withering, surgin power, cq, ap/crit is very good damage. Would even say that magus bring highest damage out of all the dps in PvE

In pve dok is great as melee with shield. Just need rr75 for full crit and 3xFS because you will take aggro:D:D. Melee dok as healing slot ofc. In bastion you only need to change to healgear on last boss.
