Sometime you can earn influence xp without having discovered the chapter, then if you go to the rally master he won't let you pick up your reward. So you have to "discover" the chapter. I'm guessing this is what happened to you, but anyway happy it got solved

Issue is not to increase max level to 40 but to get guild fonction to work

You actually gain a multiple of your team score in scenario. If I remember well its x20 in t1, x30 in t2 and 40 in t3. For when you win a sc in t3 by scoring 500, you get 40x500= 20000xp + anything you scored during sc by killing people. So in your second exemple destruction scored almost as much as...
