Knights of the Blazing Sun use arming swords, shields and greatswords. Witch Hunters use arming swords and rapiers, as well as pistols. Warrior Priests use hammers, and occasionally shields.

You want the right tree up to Orange Fire, the damage shield/wounds buff, at the least. Probably also daemonic contract and daemonic pact. Left tree then up to Perils of the Warp and Bolt of Change.
