In the old game there was no law that prohibited them for not speaking their own language. Nor do I understand why that would make others annoyed? that's wrong official languages where those designed by server or english, but no dev take care about ... Only because a game is designed in one languag...

If that were to occur, Skaven would be the best option, because there's less work in creating Skaven as a full-time faction rather than Lizards. The only big question is how Skaven would operate in RvR and so on.

There could be another five or six more characters I've had but I can't remember them.
