There are seven path of Mork abilities which in theory could proc the tactic if it worked off of hot ticks. PIO says nothing of direct heals, so it seems obvious to me that it should behave as such. Fix it and re-evaluate if it is overperforming.

The spec with t'ree hit and Waaagh is unviable imo. Even with cooldown, big swing still fulfills the role of stat steal, especially if you wait to use it after KD and your free chop faster, which is only reason to run Waaagh. I could ask Chopmaster to give some advice, although he doesn't post much. He seems to do relatively fine solo, and shines in our group comp. From my personal experience if you play Choppa you're going to rage quit on a regular basis like I did Saturday, but I was on BO, tanking is **** stress.
