Hi, atm i dont play ror active somtimes i look what is changed or something... My last login was one or two weeks ago... so now i would to login o and i become this massage -> Cliebt Login -> "Your account is not active" .... so now i lost all my charackters and my time that i played ?? th...

So i testet it with Eng. client and my Ger. Client both are the same problem...

i dont know but i am hacked or so and my Login PW is changed??

cant understand this....

Is it possible to talk with a support (my english is not the best) and he reset my Login PW on the launcher from my account ?

So after 8 Hours... the Problem is the same...

need anyone... that know what i can do ??

Can it be that if I have logged in too often with the wrong password that one then has a lock?
