isnt the healer skill that got improved to be castable on the move already like 55 AP for all healer classes? for a very small direct heal and hot? it was like the worst heal for every class, now it has "some use" in a life and death situation where a healer is running for his life and try...

first off, i'd like to say i'm VERY happy to see that dps healers weren't left out and got some option as for viable gear in the lower tiers, as dps AM is my favorite class ever in any mmo now, if you'd just so happen to ditch the toughness and possible a part of the init for more wounds, and change...

while i see why ppl are afraid to mess the balance and cause a powergap with lvl cap raising, its true that some classes get important skills above 32.

best idea i've seen so far is to lower the lvl req on those skillz to preserve gear balance and shuch but give everyone complete rotations
