You don't need to powerlevel at t2... just play the orvr and scenes slowly gainining influence rr and xp. Unless you're from some weird timezone when the server is low-populated, then you might want to find a good rat-farming group. Don't bother with t2 quests if you want to level up fast, they're ...

Again depending on your timezone, I'd just spam SC's as they give good xp and you get your renown up as well.. Gained 1-10 in 4-6 hours that way.
