After eating or exploding, you need to stop for a moment and summon...you can immediately start moving and the squiggly will be summoned, but the animation needs to complete before being able to use another ability. Yes, SW >> SH in all aspects except mobility. SH need some love! Gimme some love!!

I haven't noticed it too bad versus order. I know I run DD4 and M1 for 100% disrupt/dodge, never ran DD4 on live though.
