The issue is order hates making premades (NA). They hate making premades for low lvl SCs, theres few premades for t4 (and only during event) and they dont make premades for city. The best solution is to just make a premade but unfortunately it just doesnt happen often on order.

The hardest mechanic of ch22 is 100% getting a group. Salt factories alliance does them once a week and they pug a lot. Nat does like 4-6h worth of runs.
