His helmet is the unused model for the warrior priest warlord set. It was never available to players on live.

The argument presented is exactly the same as the Order one against Crippling Strikes: mirror equivalents are not as good, powerful effect on large groups, forces AOE cleanse meta, strong ability on strong class etc. We can't nerf every...
