I think that the main problem of Order is not the amount of shinies Destro classes have, but the amount of rebalance Order classes got. Especially classes like KOBS, SW, Slayer.

In a case you suffer a lot:
1) Play Destruction
2) Do not play MDPS without Guard or Heal friend
3) Play Destruction tank or Destruction heal
